Sorochi Ugorji serves as the Program Director charged with the responsibility managing the relationship between the Foundations and its donors, researching, designing, program innovations identifying, new avenues to raise funds to support the foundations programs, partnering other NGOs/CBOs and institutions for building and implementing community driven strategies of improving the livelihood of the less privileged, monitor funded projects, activities and sponsorships. She engages in on-line grants applications and review processes.She is philanthropic in nature and has had years of experience in the social space.

She is a Master degree holder in Mass Communication, from University of Lagos. She has professional certifications in Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Sector management, Project Management and is a member of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and also  Institute for Strategic Management

Her passion for development and growth has urged her to continue in the campaign for positive change in the lives of individuals, communities, society and the world at large



Miss Oghenechovwe Cynthia Erhisere is a benevolent and hardworking person. She hails from Ughelli in Ughelli North Local Government of Delta State & from a family of 2. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Babcock University Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Virginia International University Fairfax, Virginia USA.

Oghenechovwe has 8 progressive years of experience in the field of management.

She worked as a Manager for Emmasere Farms Limited from 2006-2016. Alongside, she has worked at Morey’s Piers Wildwood, New Jersey USA and Cedar Point Sandusky, Ohio USA Theme Parks.

She has a big heart towards children, accepts everyone around her regardless of their culture, race or status. She has a habit of giving back to her community. Working for the OMS Foundation is an opportunity for her to reach out to many more individuals, impact positively into their lives, that of their families and the community at large.
